Srnica (karst cave)
At the source of the Gljun stream turn left and after 20 minutes’ walk you will reach the entrance.
It is a 750 m long web of cave galleries, shell fossils, and megalodontites; there is a lower and an upper entrance, with a difference in height of 65 m. In heavy rainfall a waterfall flows from the upper entrance.
Visits are possible only with proper equipment and an experienced guide who can be found and hired in all sports agencies in Bovec.
